Q. You Can Request To Get An Item In

We are passionate about our customers and if you contact us to express an interest in an out of stock product we will speak to our suppliers to re-order, or indeed you may have a unique need that we can try to source for you .  Unfortunately, there may be times where stock is discontinued.

Q. You Can Reserve New Accessories

Once you have registered with us you can see what new accessories are due to be on sale on your personal log on page before they are released, and you can Contact Us to reserve an item .  Please note we can hold that item for 48 post release for you to complete your order.

We can only provide service over the internet, and cannot accept orders over the phone.

Q. You Can Request To Change An Order

If an order has not been dispatched you can change it to see whether it has been dispatched log onto your page .  Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched depending on the change you would like to make: you will need to either put in a new order for the additional, or different items you would like, or cancel the items you did not want; you will need to do this within our Returns Policy.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and all returns within the returns policy (see Your Returns Policy) will be credited to your account back to your account.

Q. Your Countries Import Charges

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Q. Your Charges For Returning An Order

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note:
• You have responsibility for the item/s until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Q. Your Returns Policy

Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from thelookoutique.com, for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as earrings; these items are clearly marked with a '#' next to the product name.

To cancel your order you must do so in writing quoting your order number, reason why and e-mail address, within 28 days via our Contact Us page.

It may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If however your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange your order section below.

Return or exchange your order
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly marked with a ‘#’ next to the product name.

Please note:
• You have responsibility for the item/s until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Before returning an item please contact us for the relevant address.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

Q. Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless:
• You have received an incorrect or faulty item from us and have requested a refund
