A cute high waisted tulip skirt, the material swags from the side seam to give a dramatic look for night time glamour. The skirt has an elasticated waist for a better fit and looks great with waist belts (as shown in photo).
Each dress of this skirt is made from vintage fabric and is a Limited Edition Piece – Each ‘Celia’ Skirt is made in numbers of only three or four in each colour and print.
Dry clean or hand wash in warm water.

Old Hat
Old Hat is a women’s, ready to wear clothing brand by North East based designer Kelly Ann, a fresh fashion design graduate with strengths in trend forecasting, an eye for quality and a professional production approach. Kelly graduated recently with First Class honours in Fashion Design and her work impressed the fashion audience at graduate fashion week 08. Her work has won several womenswear design awards including Tesco Designer of the Year and You Trade Enterprise Award. As a new graduate she brings an innovative concept and forward thinking designs.
The brand’s design ethic bases itself on answering today’s trends with yesterday’s materials and trims. Beautiful vintage fabrics discovered by the designer are transformed into individual garments, which are up to date with a twist of yesteryear. Its all about creating limited edition pieces, many styles come in quantities as small as one or two, which the wearer can be inspired by and feel assured that no one will be donning the same outfit.
The Old Hat wearer is confident, stylish, fun and thrives on finding vintage pieces and creating her own style.
