This style is taken from a vintage dress passed to Kelly from her grandma; it takes cute to the max. Easy to wear, it pulls on and ties at the neckline with a contrast bow.
Each dress of this style is made from vintage fabric pieced together with contrast cotton and trims.
Limited Edition Piece – Each ‘Doreen’ Dress is made in numbers of only one or two in each colour and print.
For best results dry clean or hand wash in warm water.

Old Hat
Old Hat is a women’s, ready to wear clothing brand by North East based designer Kelly Ann, a fresh fashion design graduate with strengths in trend forecasting, an eye for quality and a professional production approach. Kelly graduated recently with First Class honours in Fashion Design and her work impressed the fashion audience at graduate fashion week 08. Her work has won several womenswear design awards including Tesco Designer of the Year and You Trade Enterprise Award. As a new graduate she brings an innovative concept and forward thinking designs.
The brand’s design ethic bases itself on answering today’s trends with yesterday’s materials and trims. Beautiful vintage fabrics discovered by the designer are transformed into individual garments, which are up to date with a twist of yesteryear. Its all about creating limited edition pieces, many styles come in quantities as small as one or two, which the wearer can be inspired by and feel assured that no one will be donning the same outfit.
The Old Hat wearer is confident, stylish, fun and thrives on finding vintage pieces and creating her own style.
