By using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether you are a guest or registered user browsing or purchasing goods or services via the website. You access the designers and we are the designers ‘agent’
The Look Boutique acts as an ‘agent’ to designers who act as ‘principals.’ The Look Boutique has a contract with the principal to comply with the Terms and Conditions, and The Look Boutique has the permission to sell certain pieces on behalf of designers. The Look Boutique does not directly own the product at anytime, and as such all transactions are completed by the designers themselves. The ‘principal’ and ‘agent’ have put in place standards that form the Terms and Conditions to give you piece of mind. The designer ‘principal’ is liable for the product and or service.
You agree that The Look Boutique is an agent and is not responsible or liable for the products and services at your own risk.

Your access to the website
Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire website, to users who have registered with us. You will need to register with us in order to purchase goods or services from our designers. Any personal data and other information provided by you is processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By providing any such personal data or other information you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the materials on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. If you breach these terms of use, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our designers to do the same. The service we offer to you
We accept orders as agents on behalf of our designers. The resulting legal contract is between you and that designer. The designer has agreed to the terms and conditions published on the website. You should carefully review their terms and conditions applying to the transaction. We cannot give any undertaking, that goods or services you purchase from designers through the website will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are absolutely disclaimed by The Look Boutique. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller. Where you order goods or services through the website we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the relevant designer. We do not review or control, and are not responsible in any way for, listings provided by designer and at no time do we possess any items offered for sale through the website.
You contract with the designer (principal)
Each order you place shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the goods and/or services specified within it subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified to you by the designer (principal).
Your payment
Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through ‘paypal’. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes.
Our right to refuse a transaction
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
You delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket on the website displays the goods you have chosen, the designer (principal) who will supply them. Any delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
Your import duty obligations
If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Your returns
Your legal rights are protected, under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We want to give you complete piece of mind in ordering from thelookboutique.com SO WE GO BEYOND THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND YOU HAVE 28 DAYS TO RETURN if you are unhappy with your order. If you wish to discuss or organise a return, exchange or refund of any item, please contact us directly in order to arrange a return directly to the designer (principal). This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or are a commission, such as earrings or a customized tailored suit; these items are clearly marked with a '#' next to the product name. Please ensure the e-mail address you provide to contact you is correct and working, because this is how we will confirm your order. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. It is your responsibility that the item reaches us in its original condition. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Where you return goods within the period specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you will be responsible for payment of the delivery charges.

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us on this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
In particular:
• No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18

• All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges)
• Your payment card will be debited immediately
• No statement on this online store website shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law
• Currently we can only take orders from people in the European Union (EU), and orders from outside the EU will be rejected

Force majeur
Where a designer (principal) is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to the Member Partner’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials the date of delivery shall be postponed for the period that the circumstances continue.
