This is a hot RED necklace, bright and all that summer is about. Mel has designed piece this using beads by some of the finest designers the UK has.
The main focal bead is a stunning clear hollow bead with red piped ribbon detail with a lovely Carnelian bead. The main body of the necklace is made up of beads in hot reds, oranges and gold with more Carnelian beads throughout and Swarovski crystals to catch the sunlight and twinkle. The beads are wire wrapped with sterling silver and finished with a beautiful hook clasp in sterling silver by the Karen Hill Tribe.
The bead designers are Ray Skene, Julie Fountain and Emma J Ralph.

This silver item is handmade by the Karen Hill Tribe. They have developed their silver working skills into a profitable enterprise as an alternative to opium production.
