As Wimbledon fashion week begins we can see what the designers are serving up this Autumn/Winter. This is 22 year old Adil’s first collection and from the look of it the first of many. This Autumn/Winter 2008/09 collection is a mélange of three influences; Northern Pakistan, Vintage, and Futurism. These three inspirations have been fused together because each one is exclusive in its own way. Look out for Adil on TLB this Autumn.
Motasem AW08/09  Motasem AW08/09  Motasem AW08/09
Motasem’s understated elegance has become so refined and now offers organic options. The name “Motasem” means "having an attractive, imposing appearance. A suggestive of health and strength; good-looking and beautiful", which sums up the mood for the label. AW08/09 looks hot already.
Kate Tailyour AW08/09   Kate Tailyour AW08/09 Kate Tailyour AW08/09
Kate Tailyour AW08/09 collection brings a rich winter palette of navy, taupe and black is cleverly put together combining soft lustrous mohair checks with boucle’s, silk georgettes and a fabulous shimmering check weave, that contrast with hard metal trims, clean paneled jersey and patent leather accessories. Kate Tailyour also launches her debut belt collection of chunky patent black leather and rust suede styles to compliment the range.
Chichia London AW08/09  Chichia London AW08/09 Chichia London AW08/09
This is Chichia London's 3rd collection "understated regal" for AW08/09 is a more polished, dressy range of dresses, tops and skirts. Still keeping with the Chichia concept of wearability and timelessness the collection is still modern and fresh. With a luxurious palette that includes black, purples, french navy, tans, with highlights of natural shades, gold and silver to add to the notion of lavishness to the range.
